   SILENT RETREATS  -  
the centre is closed to the public so that guests may embrace silence, solitude and simplicity together.


A retreat programme is available to retreatants.

 
GUIDED MEDITATION WEEKS  -  
a gentle opportunity for beginners in 
meditation to experience different forms of coming to stillness.

Meditations drawn from Eastern and Western traditions

GUIDED SECLUSION  - 
Come on your own and meet daily with a retreat director who will assist you in discerning a retreat suited to your own needs.
