At different times of the year we offer our Silent Retreat. If you are a lover of silence and solitude you are welcome to join a gentle, non-directive group of fellow guests who enjoy withdrawing from the hurly burly of everyday life to simply breathe deeply and enjoy the quiet support of one another’s presence. The optional schedule includes daily silent meditation, Yoga and early morning walks. Please note that all meals are vegetarian.
