The food we eat is an integral part of how we experience health and vitality. This weekend retreat explores how we can improve our well-being by simply living in closer harmony with the seasons – through the ingredients we select, the supplements we choose, and the spirit in which we conduct our lives at different times of the year. Autumn invites us to prepare the body for the chilly months ahead, and the retreat explores how to use the best seasonal and local produce to exquisite seasonal meals. In addition to demonstrating cooking techniques, Daniel shares a wealth of information from his extensive background in nutrition to help each individual make informed, and sensible choices about the food they eat.
