Each season presents an opportunity to return to the wellness within. This weekend offers an integrated way of embracing the season of Autumn through movement, meditation, and nutrition. Autumn invites us to prepare the body for the colder weather ahead and to consider the themes of harvest and endings in our own lives.
The weekend explores ways to support the body during this special time so that we can experience greater well-being heading into Winter. All activities are geared towards participants making informed decisions about their personal health, and Daniel will also offer short one-to-one sessions to help each person find their own balance within the season.

• Two nights’ accommodation at Temenos (plus Sunday night free should you wish to stay on) • Spectacular seasonal meals prepared by Temenos staff with take-home recipes • Daily guided meditation (focus on the Lungs and the breath) • Gentle outdoor Lung Meridian Chi Kung (Qigong) • A practical look at seasonal produce, and mindful eating • Up-to-the-minute discussion of seasonal nutrition and supplementation • A one-to-one session with Daniel to help create a unique health plan
