Join Billy Kennedy for a gentle, silent retreat. During this winter month we will go ‘beneath the blanket’ to befriend not only the stillness within but also the gentle stirrings of the soul. The Retreat will include plenty of time for quiet reflection and rest, as well as daily guided and silent meditation sessions and optional Yoga. The rate includes vegetarian breakfasts and suppers.
