Take time out for yourself and enjoy all that Temenos has to offer. Find your own rhythm to each day and unwind in the tranquillity of our gardens. You are welcome to join a daily weekday Yoga class and our meditation sessions. We can arrange guided early morning walks although it is safe to meander through the village’s nature reserves. We offer a wide range of healing therapies for healing and relaxation. You can contact our therapists while here or pre-book your sessions before arriving in McGregor. See WELLNESS for the list of our therapists. Should you wish to retreat into solitude you have the option of self-catering or ordering takeaways from our restaurant which is open Tuesdays – Sundays
