Take time out for yourself and enjoy all that Temenos has to offer. Find your own rhythm to each day and unwind in the tranquillity of our gardens. You are welcome to join a daily weekday Yoga class and our meditation sessions. We offer a wide range of healing therapies for healing and relaxation. You can contact our therapists while here or pre-book your sessions before arriving in McGregor. See WELLNESS for the list of our therapists. Should you wish to retreat into solitude you have the option of self-catering or restaurants which is open Tuesdays – Sundays
Solo Retreat – Temenos specialises in supporting individuals who enjoy direction or spiritual companionship during their retreat. Our solo retreats include 4 nights midweek accommodation. Meet daily with a Retreat director who will assist you in designing your personalised retreat based on your individual need. The director will also meet daily with you.
Should you wish to enjoy a Guided Retreat please ensure that you book a week when our Retreat Directors are available.
Should you wish to join a group retreat please see our Diary. Throughout the year we offer a variety of retreats ranging from Mindfulness to Nia, Yoga, Inner Growth retreats, Temenos Silent Retreats and Garden of the Beloved Retreats.
